I filmed this video in a hotel where we evacuated to because of the LA fires. I’m sharing practical tips for navigating postpartum depression (PPD) without medication. As a mom of three, a maternal life coach, and a certified doula, I know how overwhelming those early months can be. I’ve been there, and I want you to know—you’re not alone, and it does get better. While I’m absolutely pro-medication and encourage anyone who needs it to seek medical help, this video focuses on things you can try before or alongside medication to support your mental health.
